Sabes is published by Helvellyn Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our").
Sabes is a language learning application designed to help users practise Spanish verb conjugations and vocabulary. You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
You agree not to:
All content within the App, including but not limited to the conjugation data, vocabulary lists, interface design, and underlying code, is the property of Helvellyn Ventures Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App's linguistic content draws on open-licensed frequency corpora, dictionary data and example sentences released under Creative Commons licences, together with conjugation tables generated at build time using LGPL-licensed tooling. The compiled vocabulary and verb datasets bundled with the App are derivative works released under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). Sabes offers an optional subscription that unlocks additional content and features. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. The following terms apply:
Apple's own terms and conditions govern all transactions made through the App Store.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of linguistic content, uninterrupted access to the App, or fitness for a particular purpose. Language learning outcomes depend on the effort and methods of the individual user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helvellyn Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
We may update the App or these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
We may discontinue or modify features of the App at any time. We will not remove access to content you have already paid for within a current subscription period.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
